In <\/i><i>November <\/i><i>1994, the <\/i><i>Mideast Evangelical Church (MEC) was registered with the State of California as a non-profit organization \u2014 the first Arabic speaking Presbyterian Church in the US West <\/i><i>Coast. Pastor <\/i><i>Adel continued to lead the church until he was called to heaven in 1995<\/i><i>.<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: rtl;\">\u0641\u064a \u0639\u0627\u0645 1992 height=\"227\" \/>In 1997, <\/i><i>Magdy<\/i> <i>Girgis<\/i><i> was ordained as a pastor for the church thus becoming the second pastor for MEC.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>In 2007, God called pastor <\/i><i>Magdy<\/i> <i>Girgis<\/i><i> to another field of ministry in California after serving as MEC pastor for ten <\/i><i>years.<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: rtl;\">\u0641\u064a
